Plough Press, run by the Bruderhof Community, publishes a range of books relevant to end of life issues. They sometimes have promotional offers, and are worth contacting if you are interested for your hospice.

After Umbrage offers short-term holiday accommodation free of charge for anyone caring for a person with a life-limiting condition.
